When you send a Super Match:
- Your message is delivered in a vibrant, distinctive colour scheme that immediately stands out in the recipient's inbox.
- Your profile is always seen first by the recipient — before any other match or message.
- The recipient can reply directly to your Super Match message, opening a full conversation thread.
Super Matches are available as a purchasable add-on for VIP+ members, making them an ideal tool for members who want to make a bold, confident move on someone they're particularly interested in.

ID Verification
Free ID verification is available to all members, regardless of tier. Once verified, a badge appears on your profile that reassures potential matches they're communicating with a genuine, real person — significantly reducing concerns about catfishing and building trust across the community.
Admin Profile Validation
For members who want additional credibility without submitting sensitive identity documents, our team offers a manual admin validation process.
