- Bwlch y Groes (the Hellfire Pass) — a 13-mile climb from Dinas Mawddwy, one of the highest roads in Wales with tight bends and panoramic views.

- Moel Siabod Cafe — hearty breakfasts and homemade cakes deep in Snowdonia.
- Pinewood Cafe — popular with riders navigating the scenic A5 route through the mountains.
