How to Cancel Your Pillion Link Membership
Want to stop your VIP or VIP+ membership from renewing? Here's where to go, step by step, and how to check your renewal date first. It only takes a few minutes, it's done through a quick chat you open from your main menu, and you can carry on using Pillion Link with a free account afterwards.
Cancelling, Step by Step
- Open your main menu and go to Help & Support, then Contact us.
- Tap the chat bubble in the bottom right corner to open a chat.
- Choose VIP Membership.
- Choose I want to amend my subscription.
- Choose I want to cancel my subscription, then follow the steps from there.
Does My Membership Renew Automatically?
That depends on the plan you picked. Monthly memberships, for both VIP and VIP+, renew automatically every month until you cancel. Annual memberships are a single payment and don't renew automatically.
To check the details of your own plan, including when it's next due to renew, open your main menu and go to Settings, then Membership. It's worth looking before you cancel, so you know exactly when your current plan ends.
What Can I Still Do With a Free Account?
Plenty. As a free member there are limits on who you can message and how often, and on how many matches you get each day. You can still browse members, make matches, take part in polls, read articles, see posts from other members, and join in with spaces and chat rooms.
